“Thank you Bianca for helping me find joy in art again!
I returned back to art as an adult and taking classes with Bianca has been such a fun way to boost my confidence in drawing and painting.
Her workshops are so much fun, easy to follow and full of inspiration with a welcoming group of people. I really enjoy Bianca’s approach to teaching – she focuses on technique, helping us “see” every day objects, exploring a range of styles with reference images and helping us discover our own little personal touches that makes our artwork our own. ” – Ria Chan

“Highly recommended! A wonderful way to relax on a Wednesday after work. Bianca is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. She makes you feel very welcome and the small group was also really supportive. You have the flexibility to try different techniques or zone out and experiment on your own. The space is really beautiful and there is a QR code to order drinks/food to your table. I’ve been to two classes already, and have two more booked. A loyalty card option is great so you can try different types of mediums acrylics, ink, watercolour, drawing, charcoal etc. Everyone in the group walked away with great artwork! A fun experience 🙂 ” – Amy K

“I recently attended one of Bianca’s art classes after my Mrs saw an ad on Instagram and I have to say, it was an incredible experience!
When I first walked in and saw the source photos we would be drawing, I honestly thought I was way out of my creative depth.
I’ve never considered myself artistic, nor have I ever used black inks to draw and was convinced there was no way I could pull it off.
However Bianca’s approach changed everything.
She broke down some basic shading and highlighting techniques in a little pre-draw tutorial before the main drawing session in such a clear and approachable way. As we followed along, things started to click, and I slowly realised I could actually do this.
By the end of the class, I was amazed at how my drawing turned out, especially once we framed them as Bianca recommended. It looked fantastic, and I never thought I’d say that about something I created.
If you’re like me and think you have no creative bone in your body, Bianca’s class will completely change your mind!”

“Bianca is a lovely instructor- just the right balance of enthusiasm, guidance and freedom to explore for yourself! I was new to drawing and charcoal, and was super impressed with what I was able to achieve by the end of the workshop. Would highly recommend her sessions.” – Danielle V

“Bianca is the most wonderful and cultivating art teacher. I’ve always wanted to do something like this but was intimidated of starting. She creates a welcoming, comforting space where students can explore themes that are passionate to them with no prior experience. On my first class, I remember her mentioning to add a bit of purple to my clouds which I would never have considered but made the painting. She treats every artwork with respect and shows genuine passion about sharing her craft.” – Deets Raut

“I have attended two of Bianca’s charcoal classes, and I am keen to do more. She has a lovely, relaxed and calm nature, as well as the ability to explain in detail. She also develops an artwork during the night, where she employs the various techniques that we can use in our artwork. Everyone’s artworks are unique and we leave feeling like we have enjoyed a creative pursuit!” – Sharon Booth

"I’m not typically one to leave online reviews (though an avid reader of reviews), but I was so impressed with Bianca’s art class I felt it was important to share my experience. Firstly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, and admittedly was a little nervous as I don’t consider myself to be very good at painting/drawing and I went along on my own. I haven’t done any art making since school really. However this didn’t matter at all. Bianca was super friendly and welcoming and she came prepared with all the materials and reference images to choose from. The class was small (different skill levels were accommodated for) and Bianca was very thorough in explaining and showing correct technique. Forrester’s is also a great venue, so a bonus having some beers while painting. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was that Bianca took the time to educate us on the art history and practice. Unlike some other more common painting/drinking classes you see these days, I found this class to be much more cohesive and enriching than I was expecting. Along with that I got to take home my surprisingly (!) good botanical painting and motivation to continue fun art making."

What a lovely evening, and location. Bianca is such a lovely teacher, encouraging and patient. This was my first class with her, and I'm sure I'll be back. I attended the 'Watercolour Moonlit Botanicals' class on 11 September 2024. I encourage anyone who's interested in art to check out her website and do a class. Thank you again Bianca.

"I came here for a portrait sketching workshop and I honestly learned so much in just one night! Bianca, the instructor, is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The atmosphere of the bar is nice, I liked that the studio room is private (also pretty, surrounded by plants), so I didn't feel weird about people watching the drawing process. You can order drinks from your phone at the table, not needing to leave the class to queue for a drink, also a plus. I'll definitely be coming back for more workshops!"

I have an attended two workshops using different mediums and I found them enjoyable and fulfilling. Bianca, the teacher guides you through the exercises by doing it herself for the students to emulate and at the same time sharing practical tips. The two and a half hour workshop is very relaxed and is just the right time to finish the art piece. The location with food and drinks available to purchase is excellent, as well. At both times I was very satisfied with the finished art pieces I took home and will be coming back for more sessions.

Had an enjoyable and relaxing evening trying ink painting for the first time! Time just flew! Bianca was patient and great at guiding us through the whole process. The mezzanine room could be a bit tricky to find, but the directions email was helpful. Definitely a great way to unwind and learn something new.
