Inspired by the hidden structures within nature. We’ll explore x-ray images of botanical studies as our references.

A strong focus to the workshop will be using charcoal to explore layers and transparency. You’ll be guided through a variety of charcoal techniques, such as shading, creating contrast, smudging soft edges & sketching details.

A variety of reference images will be available for you to choose from, ensuring each drawing is a unique work of art.
