Inspired by delicate crystal formations, catching and reflecting light.
Explore glazing, blending and light effects while painting luminous, faceted crystals.

Week 2: Wings of Time (Ink) 12.08
Inspired by the intricate forms of cicadas, these symbolic creatures that have been around for 200 million years.
Explore flow in expressive black ink, bold contrast and delicate detail.

Week 3: Ancient Forest 19.08
Inspired by the intricate beauty of lush, prehistoric ferns.
Explore loose charcoal drawing, tonal shading, drawing by erasing & creating fine details.

Week 4: Eternal Bloom (Acrylic) 26.08
Inspired by one of the world’s oldest flowering plants, our favourite, the beautiful magnolia (currently in bloom in Sydney!)
Explore acrylic painting techniques, colour mixing, layering and texture
