Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Magnolia Studio Sydney! By booking a workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Arrival Time:

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the workshop start time to ensure you have sufficient time to settle in.

 

Booking Confirmation:

  • Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations by Participants:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop:

  • Eligible for a full refund or to reschedule your booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop:

  • No refunds or reschedules are available due to preparation costs and limited capacity. However, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in writing.



Cancellations by Magnolia Studio Sydney:

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. Participants will have the option to:

  • Reschedule their booking to another date.
  • Receive a full refund.

 

Free classes:

  • We offer a generous loyalty card system. After attending 5 classes, you can use your stamped card to enjoy a free class.

    These free classes are subject to availability. In order to claim:

  • Please contact the school in regards to which class you would like to attend with your free credit. You will be notified the evening before the class in regards to availability.

 

General Information:

  • All workshops are held on the private studio floor of our partnered bar at Taphouse in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older due to the venue’s licensing requirements, or to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Food and beverages can be ordered via QR code service during the workshops
  • All materials are included
  • Well behaved dogs are welcome!


Liability:

Magnolia Studio Sydney will not be held liable for:

  • Any personal injury or property damage during the workshops (Please don’t paint wearing precious clothing etc).
  • Any loss of personal belongings. (Please take your belongings home with you. Bar staff clean the room after the event and do not hold onto belongings).

 

Code of Conduct:

We aim to create an inclusive, creative, and respectful environment for all participants. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Luckily, this has never been an issue, and we plan to keep it an inclusive, safe space for all 🙂

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Magnolia Studio Sydney reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
